Investigators of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine on August 17, 2017 repeatedly raided the head office of Smart-Holding in Kyiv and shipbuilding enterprises of the company in Kherson and Mykolaiv, apartments of some employees, the press service of Smart-Holding has reported.
The press service said that the company's office and shipyards were raided for the seventh time in a year.
Smart-Holding believes that these steps are an attempt to press on its owner Vadim Novinsky.
As reported, Smart-Holding holds 23.76% of Metinvest, 95% of Smart Maritime Group, 99.97% of Santis LLC, largest assets in the fuel and energy sector, development and agriculture.
