Poroshenko strips Saakashvili of Ukrainian citizenship
Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko has terminated the Ukrainian citizenship of ex-president of Georgia, ex-head of Odesa Regional State Administration Mikhail Saakashvili, an informed source told Interfax-Ukraine.
"Indeed, there is such a decision, the decree has already been signed," the source said on Wednesday.
There is no official confirmation of this information yet.
Earlier, MP Ihor Mosiychuk of the Radical Party faction, citing his own sources, said that Saakashvili had been deprived of Ukrainian citizenship.
