Poroshenko appoints Head of Operations Department Tsyhykal as State Border Service chief
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree appointing Head of the Operations Department of the State Border Service Petro Tsyhykal as the service's chief.
"As president and as supreme commander-in-chief, I have signed the decree based on a corresponding presentation for the appointment of Petro Oleksandrovych Tsyhykal as the new head of the service," Poroshenko said presenting the new head of the service in Kyiv on Tuesday.
