U.S. State Department envoy calls for ending war in Donbas as quickly as possible

A war in Donbas should be halted as quickly as possible, U.S. State Department's Special Representative for Ukraine Kurt Volker said.

At a press conference in Ukraine's Kramatorsk on Sunday Volker said that this had been a war rather than a conflict. He said that this had been a crisis, which should be settled as rapidly as possible.
