Court arrests MP Dobkin with alternative of UAH 50 mln bail

The Pechersky District Court of Kyiv has decided to take MP from the Opposition Block faction Mykhailo Dobkin into custody for 60 days with the alternative of a bail in the amount of UAH 50 million.

The suspect is given five days to provide the bail.

The prosecutor's office asked the court to elect a pre-trial restriction for Dobkin in the form of taking into custody with the alternative of a bail in the amount of at least UAH 150 million.

Dobkin asked to release him on his own recognizance.
