President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed decrees dismissing Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Mykhailo Hluhovsky and appointing Viktor Kononenko to this position.
Decree No. 180/2017 on the dismissal of Hluhovsky was published on the Ukrainian president's website.
By decrees No. 181/2017 and 182/2017 the president dismissed Kononenko from his post of the head of the SBU's national statehood protection department and appointed him deputy head of the SBU.
