Poroshenko: Ukraine has proof of Russia's involvement in cyber attacks
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has announced Ukraine has proof of Russia's involvement in cyber attacks.
"Cyber attacks are a key element of hybrid warfare, and we have evidence that a recent cyber attack was also organized by the Russian Federation," Poroshenko said at a joint press conference with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in Kyiv on Monday.
