Poroshenko to Tillerson: No change of Russia's policy on Donbas
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko says there is no change for the better in the policy of the Russian Federation regarding Donbas.
"Unfortunately, Mr. Secretary of State, I have to mention that we do not see any change in Russia's behavior yet," Poroshenko said at a joint briefing with U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson in Kyiv on Sunday.
Poroshenko added he had briefed Tillerson on the situation in Donbas, the violation of the peace agreements by the Russian side, as well as on the restriction of the movement of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine.
