Poroshenko: Ukraine, United States start practical fulfillment of bilateral cooperation

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has announced the transition of bilateral relations between the United States and Ukraine to practical implementation.

"It's nice to note that we've moved very quickly to practical work from the first contact at the highest level. We've moved in a quick, coordinated, practical and organized way," Poroshenko said at a joint briefing with U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on Sunday in Kyiv.
