Turchynov, Mingarelli discuss bills prepared by NSDC on Donbas deoccupation

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Oleksandr Turchynov during a meeting with European Union Ambassador to Ukraine Hugues Mingarelli has discussed a number of topical issues, including those prepared by the NSDC Council on draft de-occupation laws for regions of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions that are temporarily uncontrolled by the Ukrainian authorities.
