Rada social policy committee to discuss pension reform bill on July 12

The Verkhovna Rada social policy, employment and pensions committee at the next meeting on July 12 will discuss the primary bill on pension reform.

"The nearest meeting of the committee is scheduled for July 12," the committee’s secretariat told Interfax-Ukraine. The committee members will discuss bill No. 6614 amending some Ukrainian laws regarding the increase of pensions.

The profile committee for bill No. 6614 is the social policy committee.

The pension reform legal initiatives package submitted by the government also includes bills amending the Customs, Tax and Budget Codes of Ukraine regarding the increase of pensions (Nos. 6615, 6616 and 6617). The profile committees for these bills are the budget committee and the tax and customs policies committee.
