Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko has submitted a request to the Verkhovna Rada on providing consent to prosecute, detain and arrest an MP of the Opposition Bloc Mykhailo Dobkin.
Lutsenko recalled on his Facebook page on Thursday that in the actions of Dobkin "there are signs of deliberate collusion of a group of persons for abuse of office and assistance to fraud in order to acquire 78 hectares of land in Kharkiv with a standard cost of more than UAH 220 million."
