Poroshenko said has reached agreement with Macron on consultations to prepare proposals for 'Normandy four' leaders meeting
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said he has reached an agreement with French President Emmanuel Macron to hold consultations to boost the effectiveness of the 'Normandy four' meeting.
"We have reached an agreement on holding consultations and approving positions to boost the effectiveness of the possible meeting in the 'Normandy format.' We don't need negotiations that will last for hours. We are confident that documents should be prepared well [...] and their approval should bring peace," Poroshenko said at a press conference he gave jointly with French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris on Monday.
