Ukraine ready to follow Minsk accords, disengage forces with round-the-clock presence of OSCE – Poroshenko
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has said that Ukraine is ready to fully implement the Minsk agreements and disengage the forces from the line of demarcation in Donbas upon condition of constant presence of OSCE observers at places of disengagement.
"Ukraine is un equivocally ready to carry out all the provisions of the Minsk agreements and we are ready to carry out positions on the disengagement of forces, provided that the OSCE is provided presence 24 hours a day and seven days a week at places of disengagement," he said at a joint press conference with French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris.
