Poroshenko says Tillerson to visit Kyiv this July

U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson will visit Ukraine in July 2017, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said.

"We are expecting that U.S. Secretary of State [Rex] Tillerson will visit Kyiv as early as this July to follow up on our preliminary work done in Washington," Poroshenko said in an interview with Ukrainian television channels that was broadcast on Sunday night.

Ukraine plans important international talks in the near future, specifically, the Ukrainian president's visit to France on June 26 and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg's visit to Kyiv scheduled for July, Poroshenko said.
