Strana.ua Editor-in-chief Huzhva to be served suspicion notice
Strana.ua Editor-in-chief Ihor Huzhva will be served with a notice of suspicion and the offices of ezine have been searched, Strana.ua has reported.
A post of the site said, "Everything is coming to a close, that is, it looks like Huzhva will be served with a notice of suspicion."
Strana.ua editor Oleksandr Tymoshenko wrote on his Facebook page that law-enforcement officials were likely to arrest Huzhva, who has denied any wrongdoing.
Head of Ukraine's Prosecutor General's Office Yuriy Lutsenko on Thursday wrote on his Facebook page that Huzhva had been arrested for demanding and receiving $10,000 in exchange for not publishing compromising materials about a politician.
