Meeting with Macron scheduled in Paris on June 26 – Poroshenko
The meeting of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko with his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron is scheduled in Paris on Monday, June 26, the Ukrainian president has said.
"We were invited to meet with President Macron in Paris on June 26. And he has a very pro-European position. We are preparing for the leaders' talks next week in the Normandy format and these are very important and very effective weeks for Ukraine and for Europe," Poroshenko said during a joint statement with President of the European Council Donald Tusk in Brussels on Thursday.
