Poroshenko, Tusk holding talks in tet-a-tete format
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and President of the European Council Donald Tusk are currently holding talks in Brussels.
"The presidents of Ukraine and the EU have started a tete-a-tete negotiations in Brussels," press secretary of the Ukrainian president Sviatoslav Tseholko wrote on Twitter.
