Kholodnytsky submits request to PGO to strip MP Dovhy of immunity
Head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) Nazar Kholodnytsky has said that he has signed a submission to strip immunity from non-affiliated MP Oles Dovhy in the criminal proceeding on illegal allocation of land plots in Kyiv and has already sent it to Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko.
"Yesterday I signed a submission on the stripping of immunity [from Dovhy], because we believe that there is enough evidence to announce suspicion and introduce this submission [...] Yesterday the submission was sent to the Prosecutor General," Kholodnytsky said at a joint briefing with Head of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) Artem Sytnyk in Kyiv on Tuesday.
