Three assistants to MPs, a security guard, two reps of anti-corruption public organizations detained in unlawful amber production probe
Head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office Nazar Kholodnytsky has said that six people have been detained as part of the criminal investigation into the illegal production of amber.
"A total of six people have been detained as of now: they are three assistants to people's deputies, one guard of a people's deputy and two representatives of a public organization that deals with the fight against corruption," Kholodnytsky said at a joint briefing with Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), Artem Sytnyk, in Kyiv on Tuesday.
