PM calls on reloading of science financing system, creating innovations council

Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has said that the science financing system should be reloaded and the innovations council should be created.

"We should (and this is an important task for today) understand how to reload support of science and innovations. We have questions here, as the science governance system is old," the prime minister told reporters at the 10th Annual Youth Forum of scholarship programs Zavtra.UA and WorldWideStudies organized by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation in Kyiv on Friday.

He said that the innovations council and the startup promotion fund should be created.
