European Commission spokesperson Alexander Winterstein has called the introduction of an EU visa-free regime for Ukraine last Sunday, June 11, a big day.
"In this context, President [of the European Commission Jean-Claude] Juncker is going to Kyiv on July 12-13 to participate in the [EU-Ukraine] summit," the spokesman said at a briefing in Brussels on Monday.
