SBU, National Police and prosecutor's office of Kyiv investigate blast near U.S. embassy as terrorist act
Ukraine's SBU Security Service (SBU), the National Police and the prosecutor's office of Kyiv are investigating an explosion in the territory of the U.S. Embassy as a terrorist act, the SBU has reported.
"The Ukrainian Security Service together with the National Police and the capital's Prosecutor's Office are investigating the circumstances of the explosion that occurred over the night into June 8 in the territory of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine within the framework of criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 258 (terrorist act) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the SBU's statement says, which was posted to its website.
