PM Groysman denies rumors about dismissal of Energy Minister Nasalyk
Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has denied media reports about plans to dismiss Energy and Coal Industry Minister Ihor Nasalyk.
"I learned from the press yesterday that I am about to dismiss you [Ihor Nasalyk]," he said at a government meeting on Wednesday. "I just want to tell those dreamers - stop any abuses ... If I have any problems with any of the ministers - I will announce it in public, I'm not going on backstage."
Some Ukrainian media outlets reported that Nasalyk would be dismissed shortly after and the decision had been allegedly taken by Prime Minister Groysman. Consultations as for his successor are currently under way, they reported.
