Militants fire Ukrainian army positions using artillery in Pavlopil region

Militants have shelled the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and border guards using artillery in the area of Pavlopil, spokesperson of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Oleh Slobodian has said on Facebook.

"The building of the department of the frontier service was partially damaged," a report says.

Slobodian said that at least one shell did not explode. There are no losses among the personnel of the frontier unit. The shelling was completed after 19:30.

The detachments and reserves of the Ukrainian military have been put on alert.
