President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko will pay an official visit to Latvia on April 4, and on April 5 he will visit Denmark, the official website of the president says.
The meetings of the Ukrainian president with the president of Latvia Raymonds Vejonis, Latvian Prime Minister Maris Kucinskis, and also the speaker of the Sejm Inara Murnietse are scheduled for Tuesday, a message says.
In Latvia, Poroshenko will also visit the National Rehabilitation Center Vaivari in Jurmala, where Ukrainian soldiers are being rehabilitated. "In addition, it is planned to sign a number of bilateral documents," the message says.
On Wednesday, according to the information, the Ukrainian president is scheduled to meet with the Danish Prime Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen and the Speaker of the Folketing Pia Kjærsgaard. "The president of Ukraine will also have an audience with Queen Margrethe II of Denmark," the message says.
Poroshenko is also scheduled to meet with the leadership of leading Danish companies.
