Kuchma considers it necessary to hold meeting of 'Normandy Four' countries leaders
Leonid Kuchma, a former Ukrainian president and currently Kyiv's representative to the Trilateral Contact Group considers it necessary to hold a meeting of the leaders of the 'Normandy Four' (Ukraine, Germany, France, Russia).
"I generally think that the question is fully mature for today, the meeting of the 'Normandy Four' is needed. I want to emphasize: the issues do not move ahead either at the level of the Minsk process (the Trilateral Contact Group), or at the level of the foreign ministers, so they need [the leaders of countries] to gather and say in public what we should expect," Kuchma told reporters in Dnipro on Monday.
