All motorways, railroads to Donbas to be blocked on Wednesday afternoon

All motorways and railroads running toward the contact line in Donbas will be blocked by 1:00 p.m. Kyiv time on March 15, consistent with a Ukrainian National Defense and Security Council (NSDC) decision, NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov said on Wednesday.

"I'd like to inform you that the National Police and the National Guard will block all motorways and railroads leading to the contact line by 1 p.m. today, consistent with the National Security and Defense Council's decision," Turchynov told the press after the NSDC meeting.
