Peter Maurer, president of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), has spoken about a new rise in hostilities in eastern Ukraine.
"Arrived in #Ukraine for a visit. For nearly three years, people in the east have lived in the shadow of war, & hostilities again on the rise," Maurer said on Twitter on Monday.
