Ukrainian FM thanks Portuguese MPs for recognition of Holodomor in Ukraine as genocide
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin thanked the Parliament of Portugal for recognizing the Holodomor (famine) in Ukraine as genocide.
"Our gratitude to the Assembly of the Republic [of Portugal] for the recognition of the events in Ukraine in 1932-1933 as genocide and homage to the victims of the Holodomor," he wrote on his Twitter page.
