OSCE mission plans to discuss Minsk deal compliance with DPR, LPR leaders
Representatives of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Special Monitoring Mission (OSCE SMM) to eastern Ukraine intend to meet with self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) leader Alexander Zakharchenko and self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) leader Igor Plotnitsky to discuss compliance with the Minsk Agreements.
"OSCE SMM welcomes the readiness of Mr. Zakharchenko and Mr. Plotnitskyi [sic] to meet upon a standing invitation by SMM," the OSCE mission said on Twitter on Friday.
"SMM is looking forward to discuss how both of them can improve compliance with the Minsk agreements endorsed by the UNSC," it said.
