Sixth lawsuit against Russia to ECHR ready, not agreed with Crimean Mejlis yet
Ukraine's Justice Ministry is waiting for agreeing a lawsuit against Russia to the European Court of Human Rights concerning the prohibition of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people with members of the Petrenko before sending it to court, Ukrainian Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko said at a briefing in Kyiv on Thursday.
"There is also a sixth case, which concerns the Mejlis. It is ready to be filed, but we are waiting for the coordination of all the details with our friends - members of the Mejlis," the minister said in Kyiv on Thursday.
