Klimkin not ruling out introduction of martial law if situation in Donbas worsens
Ukraine's Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin does not rule out martial law may be announced if the security situation in Donbas deteriorates further.
"If the security situation further deteriorates, I do not rule out the introduction of martial law," Klimkin said on the ICTV Channel on Monday evening.
The minister noted that the country may be in a state of war and may not introduce martial law at the same time.
Klimkin also said that the Russian aggression is already much more than a simple war, because Russia uses hybrid warfare means.
