Date of Aliyev's visit to Ukraine under consideration

The dates of the official visit of Azeri President Ilham Aliyev to Ukraine are under consideration, Ukrainian Ambassador in Baku Oleksandr Mishchenko said.

According to earlier reports, Aliyev plans to visit Ukraine in 2017.

"Negotiations are now being conducted to determine the date of the visit," Mischenko told a roundtable meeting on the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Ukraine on Monday.

During the visit to Kyiv, Aliyev will take part in the sixth meeting of the Council of the Presidents of Ukraine and Azerbaijan.
