Ukroboronprom to make batch of Dozor-B armored vehicles at Lviv Armored Plant for Ukraine
The Ukroboronprom State Concern will make a new batch of Dozor-B armored vehicles for the Ukrainian Armed Forces thanks to funds under a government order placed at Lviv Armored Plant.
"The production facilities and technological process prepared in 2016 allow mass production of Dozor-B vehicles," the concern said.
Ukroboronprom said that at a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council on January 27 the government was instructed to approve the figures for the defense order 2017. On January 30 the enterprise had the order confirmed.
Lviv Armored Plant will be loaded by 100% in 2017.
Ukroboronprom said that 17 concern member enterprises and 86 other Ukrainian enterprises of various types of ownership are involved in production of Dozor-B armored vehicle.
