Poroshenko orders Foreign Ministry, Justice Ministry to facilitate Ukrainian state enterprises' lawsuits against Russia
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has instructed the Foreign Affairs Ministry and the Justice Ministry to organize legal support of lawsuits against Russia, which are aimed at protecting interests of Ukrainian state-owned companies.
"The president also said he ordered the Foreign Ministry and the Justice Ministry to provide support of lawsuits in the framework of bilateral agreements on investments protection, which will ensure the protection of Ukrainian state-owned enterprises," the Ukrainian government's press service reported on Monday.
