Implementation of Minsk agreements political part possible only after Russia's fulfillment of its security obligations – Biden

U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden has said that the political part of the Minsk agreements must be performed in full only after the implementation of Russia's commitments in the field of security.

Biden said that the political part of the agreement can not be implemented until Russia ceases its violation. Only after Russia and its followers in the east fulfill their obligations regarding the cessation of hostilities and provide Donbas an opportunity to establish peace and security, it will be possible to expect Ukraine's full implementation of its political commitments, U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden said at a joint briefing with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in Kyiv on Monday.
