Some UAH 9 billion returned to state in 2016 – Lutsenko
Awards from claims filed by the Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) of Ukraine amounted to UAH 9 billion in 2016, while warnings on losses to the state amounted to UAH 2.3 billion, Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko said.
PGO claims in favor of citizens and the state in 2016 amounted to UAH 15.5 billion, while UAH 9 billion was actually returned. Almost 1,000 illegal court decisions were overturned, saving the state some UAH 2.3 billion," Lutsenko wrote on his Facebook page on Saturday.
