Russia is responsible for deaths of thousands of innocent people, but this does not justify envoy murder –Klimkin
Ukraine's Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin has said there is no justification for assassinating Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrei Karlov.
"Russia is responsible for the horrific human rights violations and the killing of thousands of innocent people in Syria and Ukraine. However, there is no excuse for killing the ambassador of a sovereign state located in a different sovereign state. International law and human rights must be obeyed," he wrote on his Twitter.
