Biden condemns attempts of Russian militants to aggravate situation in Donbas

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko within the framework of a telephone conversation with U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden briefed on the situation in Donbas, in particular on the planned Russian armed attack in Svitlodarsk arc region, the press service of the Ukrainian president said on Monday.

"Biden condemned the continuing provocations and attempts of Russian militants to exacerbate the security situation in Donbas," a statement reads.
