PM Groysman sells UAH 8 mln worth of property to his wife's company
Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has received UAH 8.03 million from selling property, according to a report in the unified register of declarations.
The property was sold to Magigrand LLC (Vinnytsia), the key owner of which is his wide Olena Groysman.
Other details of the deal are not disclosed.
According to the register of companies, Magigrand was founded in April 2008. Its charter capital is UAH 262,500. Groysman holds 80% and company director Dmytro Nemersky – 20%. Nemersky has headed the company since July 2016.
Magigrand saw a 91.1% rise in net loss in 2015, to UAH 1.28 million and revenue grew by 14%, to UAH 17.43 million.
According to a website of the company, Magigrand is a trade and servicing complex in Vinnytsia.
