PGO sends materials concerning e-declarations of 53 MPs to NACP
Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) have processed around a half of e-declarations of lawmakers and sent materials concerning 53 MPs to the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), Head of the department for work arrangement in the corruption prevention sphere of PGO Valentyna Senik has said.
"Around a half of e-declarations of Ukrainian MPs has been processed. Some 53 packages of documents have been sent to the NACP to take measures in line with the Ukrainian law on preventing corruption," she said at a briefing in Kyiv last week.
Senik said that 28 packages of documents are related to adding the incomplete information to e-declarations, 11 – violation of restrictions concerning holding more than one office, two – violation of gift limits and one – the tardy submission of e-declaration.
