NATO secretary general calls on intl community to keep pressure on Russia over Ukrainian conflict
The international community should continue to exert pressure on Russia in order to force it to meet its obligations for the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has said.
"The international community must keep pressuring Russia to respect its obligations. Especially while the security situation in eastern Ukraine remains so serious, it is important that economic sanctions be maintained," he said at a press conference in Brussels on Wednesday following the meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Commission.
