The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has sent about 190 tonnes of humanitarian aid to Donbas territories uncontrolled by Kyiv, the State Border Service of Ukraine said on Wednesday.
"Ten Red Cross vehicles carrying about 190 tonnes of humanitarian aid have crossed into the uncontrolled territories through the Novotroitske checkpoint," the service said on Twitter.
