Ukrainian army reports 25 attacks on its positions in Donbas

Ukrainian army positions in Donbas came under 25 attacks over the past day, the anti-terorist operation (ATO) press center said on Facebook on Monday morning.

The militants fired small arms, heavy machineguns, grenade launchers and mortars on Talakivka, Shyrokyne, Maryinka and Krasnohorivka in the Mariupol sector, the report said.

Mortars shelled Novozvanivka, grenade launchers were used against Krymske, Zhovte, Lopaskyne, Novo-Oleksandrivka and Stanytsia Luhanska, and anti-aircraft systems fired on Novo-Oleksandrivka in the Luhansk sector, it said.

"In the Donetsk sector [...] our positions near Avdiyivka were attacked by use of mortars and grenade launchers," the report said.
