Ukrainian Air Force conducts successful launches of 16 missiles, today's exercise ends
Ukrainian Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak and Chief of the General Staff Viktor Muzhenko have reported to President Petro Poroshenko that the Air Force's anti-aircraft missile units have carried out successful launches of 16 medium-range anti-aircraft guided missiles as part of an exercise in Kherson region.
"Jointly with the Chief of the General Staff, Viktor Muzhenko, we reported to the president of Ukraine - the supreme commander-in-chief that we launched 16 missiles. The plan of assignments has been accomplished, the firing was a success: all targets were hit. Today's exercise is over," Poltorak told Interfax-Ukraine on Thursday.
