Ukraine voluntarily supplies water to ORDLO – Tuka
Ukrainian Deputy Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Displaced Persons Heorhiy Tuka has said that as of December 1, the water supply to certain areas beyond Kyiv’s control of Luhansk region (ORDLO) are voluntarily carried out by the Ukrainian side.
"Today water is supplied without the agreement and this is the goodwill of the Ukrainian side," the deputy minister told the Interfax-Ukraine news agency on Thursday.
