Sefcovic tells Poroshenko about his visit to Russia, further joint coordinated actions

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has held a telephone conversation with European Commission Vice President Maros Sevcovic.

"Sevcovic has informed the president about the results of his visit to Russia on November 25," the press service of the Ukrainian president said on Saturday.

Poroshenko thanked the vice president of the European Commission for his personal role he plays in deepening the strategic partnership between Ukraine and the European Union in the energy sector.

"The two sides have coordinated further steps towards improving the security of energy supplies to Ukraine and the EU," the report says.
