Normandy Four foreign ministers could meet on Nov 29 - OSCE special representative

The special representative of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) at talks over Ukraine, Martin Sajdik has welcomed information that the foreign ministers of the Normandy Four nations could meet in Minsk on November 29.

"I hope they will," Sajdik told reporters in Minsk on Wednesday.

He could not say whether he would attend the meeting, providing it takes place.

"If there is a meeting, you will know this next week," he said.
