Kyiv accuses Donbas militants of using Grad systems

Militants used a Grad multiple launch rocket system in a Donbas district on Tuesday morning, Ukrainian Defense Ministry spokesman Oleksandr Motuzianyk said.

"We tentatively confirm this information. Today, the enemy used a Grad-P system, a so-called 'Partizan', in one of the districts," he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday.

Motuzianyk said that militants launched four 122mm rockets.
